Overview

Raw Dawg LLC operates this store and provides products and services under the customer-facing Raw Dawg brand. The terms "Raw Dawg," "we," "us," and "our" refer to Raw Dawg LLC. By visiting, using, or purchasing through the store, you agree to these Terms of Service and the policies linked from the store.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be legally capable of entering a binding agreement. Information supplied for an account, order, payment, or delivery must be accurate and current. You are responsible for protecting your account credentials and activity.

Products and safe handling

Raw Dawg products are frozen raw pet food for dogs and are not for human consumption. Keep products frozen, thaw in the refrigerator, and handle them as you would other raw meat. Follow the feeding and handling directions provided with the product. Do not feed food that may have lost refrigeration.

Product and educational content is general information, not veterinary advice. Raw Dawg does not promise to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent disease or guarantee a particular health result. Consult a qualified veterinarian for advice about your dog's individual needs.

Orders, prices, and payment

An order is an offer to purchase and is accepted only after Raw Dawg confirms it and payment is processed. We may decline, limit, correct, or cancel an order for availability, pricing, fraud-prevention, geographic, compliance, or other legitimate reasons. Prices, promotions, and availability may change. The amount shown at checkout and in the order confirmation controls, subject to correction of obvious errors. Applicable tax, shipping, and handling charges are shown at checkout.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions renew automatically at the cadence, price, discount, and shipping charge shown when the customer subscribes. Customers may pause, skip, or cancel without a cancellation fee, provided the request is submitted before the next order is processed. Any option labeled "Every 8 Weeks" bills and delivers every eight weeks, not every eight months. The discount displayed at the time of purchase controls; these Terms do not promise a particular future discount.

Shipping and delivery

All one-time orders are customer-paid at the shipping rate displayed at checkout. Subscription orders to carrier Zones 1-4 receive $9.95 flat-rate shipping. For subscription orders to carrier Zones 5 and above, Raw Dawg pays 50% of the eligible shipping charge and the customer pays the remaining 50%. Carrier zones are determined by the shipment origin and destination. Delivery dates are estimates and carrier delays can occur.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and promptly retrieving frozen shipments. Report thawed product, damaged packaging, or suspected cold-chain failure to hello@myrawdawg.com within 24 hours after delivery and include photos of the package and shipping label.

Refunds

Refunds, replacements, and the first-order Feral or Free guarantee are governed by the store's Refund Policy. Ordinary shipping charges are non-refundable except where the published policy expressly provides otherwise.

Privacy

Our collection, use, and disclosure of personal information is governed by the store's Privacy Policy. Shopify and approved service providers process information needed to host the store, process payments, manage subscriptions, fulfill orders, provide support, prevent fraud, and operate authorized marketing and analytics services.

Intellectual property and acceptable use

Store content, branding, designs, text, photography, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to Raw Dawg and are protected by applicable law. You may use the store only for lawful personal shopping and informational purposes. You may not misuse the store, interfere with its operation, violate another person's rights, introduce malicious code, scrape protected areas, or use false information.

Third-party services

The store is powered by Shopify and may use third-party services for payments, subscriptions, delivery, analytics, advertising, and customer communications. Those services may have their own terms and privacy notices. Purchases from Raw Dawg are transactions directly between the customer and Raw Dawg LLC, not Shopify.

Disclaimers and limitation of liability

Except where prohibited by law, the store and its content are provided "as is" and "as available." Raw Dawg does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free access. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Raw Dawg LLC and its service providers will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of the store or products. Nothing in these Terms limits rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be limited.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Raw Dawg LLC and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers harmless from third-party claims resulting from your unlawful misuse of the store, violation of these Terms, or infringement of another person's rights, to the extent permitted by law.

Changes, severability, and governing law

We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and effective date. If a provision is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain effective. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in California, without limiting any mandatory consumer protections that apply to you.
