Dogs with a history of pancreatitis

Straight talk: fat can be a concern for dogs with a history of pancreatitis, and whole prey is built around animal fat. We would wait until your dog is fully recovered and steady. If you choose raw after that, start lean, small, and slow.

Dogs who are immunocompromised, pregnant, or nursing

Raw food carries bacteria. A healthy dog usually handles that differently than a dog at less than full strength, and household risk matters too. We would wait until your dog is back to 100%. If you would rather go ahead, that is your call.

What about senior dogs?
