Shipping policy
Raw Dawg ships frozen pet food using the eligible carrier services and rates displayed at checkout. Carrier shipping zones are determined by the shipment origin and destination.
One-time orders
Customers pay the shipping charge displayed at checkout on all one-time orders.
Subscription orders
- Carrier Zones 1-4: $9.95 flat-rate shipping per subscription order.
- Carrier Zones 5 and above: Raw Dawg pays 50% of the eligible shipping charge and the customer pays the remaining 50%.
The final charge and eligible service must be displayed at checkout. A shipping subsidy applies only to qualifying subscription orders.
Frozen-delivery care
Inspect the shipment promptly after delivery and place the food in a freezer. Report a thawed shipment, damaged packaging, or suspected cold-chain failure to hello@myrawdawg.com within 24 hours after delivery and include photos of the package and shipping label. Do not feed food that may have lost refrigeration.
Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and for promptly retrieving delivered frozen shipments.
